Is the invoice generator really free?

Yes — no signup, no email capture, no watermark on the PDF. Generation is rate-limited to 20 invoices per hour per visitor; if you need more, a free API account includes 100 monthly credits.

Is an invoice from a generator legally valid?

The tool doesn't determine validity — the content does. An invoice containing the required fields for your jurisdiction (parties, unique number, dates, line items, tax shown separately, totals) is valid however it was produced.

Do you store my invoice data?

No. The form data stays in your browser, the PDF is generated in a single request and returned immediately, and nothing is written to our servers.

How is tax calculated?

You enter a tax rate per line item and it is applied arithmetically — line totals, per-rate tax subtotals and the grand total are computed for you. Charge only what you're registered to charge; rules vary by country.
