RESPONSE FORMATS

Default — job envelope. Every tool returns JSON describing the job: status, credits_consumed and output_files[], where each output carries a signed url that expires after 60 minutes. Download the file from that URL.

Flat URL output. Add "options": {"output": "url"} to any file-producing tool and the response flattens to {"file_url", "expires_at", "credits_charged", "job_id"} — the shape automation platforms (Zapier, Airtable, Apps Script) map directly. Default behaviour is unchanged.

URL input. Every file tool also accepts {"file_url": "https://..."} (or file_urls as a list of up to 10) in a JSON body instead of a multipart upload. URLs are fetched server-side behind the same SSRF guard as url-to-pdf.
