Strictly necessary (always on). These make the site and dashboard work and cannot be switched off without breaking it.

Analytics (off until you accept). PostHog, our product-analytics provider, sets cookies prefixed ph_ to understand which pages and features are used so we can improve them. Events are pseudonymous; we do not pass your name or email to PostHog unless you are signed in to the dashboard, where the account ID is used so that we can see which features paying accounts use. Analytics cookies last up to 12 months. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies of any kind.
Hosted invoice pages. Pages at ashdocs.com/i/… that your customers open set only the strictly necessary Cloudflare cookies and, if the business that sent the invoice has not disabled it, a view-tracking request so the sender can see that the invoice was opened. No analytics cookies are set on hosted pages regardless of the banner choice on ashdocs.com.
Your choices. On your first visit from the EU, UK or any region where consent is required, a banner asks whether to allow analytics cookies; elsewhere we show the banner with analytics off by default too, because it is simpler to apply one rule. You can change your choice at any time at ashdocs.com/cookies ("Cookie settings") or by clearing cookies in your browser. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop the dashboard from working.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal we treat it as declining analytics cookies.
