What does a request need?

A customer and line items. Currency, due terms, design and tax settings come from your invoicing settings when you leave them out.

When are credits used?

Issuing an invoice uses credits. Drafts, previews, re-downloads and test-mode documents do not.

Can customers pay online?

Yes, when you connect your own Razorpay or Stripe account. The invoice page and emails carry a payment link, and payments are recorded on the invoice.

Can invoices and reminders go out on WhatsApp or SMS?

Yes, through your own Twilio connection, alongside email.

Which automation tools can create invoices?
