What you can do
- Add a Pipedrive note — on a deal, with the run's document links embedded
No false success: every send/create in Pipedrive is verified — ASHDOCS reads the item back from Pipedrive's API before the step turns green. If it can't be found, the run fails honestly instead of pretending.
Get your Pipedrive credentials
- 1In Pipedrive click your avatar → Personal preferences → API.
- 2Copy Your personal API token.
Add the connection in ASHDOCS
- 1Open the Connections page in the flows console.
- 2Click “Connect with a key” and pick Pipedrive.
- 3Paste: API token. ASHDOCS validates the credentials against Pipedrive before saving — a bad key is rejected with a plain-English reason, never stored.
Use it in a flow
In the flow builder, add the Pipedrive step, pick your connection, and fill the fields — values from earlier steps drop in as {{s1.field}} placeholders. Then hit Test this step in the step's panel to run it on its own before switching the flow on.
Troubleshooting
“Pipedrive refused the note”
Check the deal ID exists (it's the number in the deal's URL) and the token belongs to a user who can see that deal.

Is the note verified?
Yes — the note is read back from Pipedrive by its ID before the step turns green.
Can I attach to a person instead of a deal?
Deals only today — ask and we'll add persons/organisations.
